Leadership Team
FCC is part of a worldwide family of Churches, together on a mission, known as Newfrontiers. Our aim is to build churches that are akin to that which we read in the Bible.
Churches in the New Testament were led by Elders (‘overseers’ or ‘pastors’), men who took the ultimate responsibility for leading, teaching, caring for and protecting the church.
Eldership is a gift of grace, given to the church along with apostles, prophets, evangelists and teachers to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ (Eph 4:11). FCC is Grace-based, leaders do not simply impose new rules and regulations but bring God’s people to a new stance of grace and faith through preaching and revelation.
